Hermitage Club Illegal Kickbacks and Harassment Alleged

A new chapter emerged today in the continuing saga that is the Hermitage Club at Haystack Mountain. According to reporting by Mike Eldred at the Deerfield Valley News, two former high ranking employees at the Club have filed complaints under whistleblower protection laws alleging illegal real estate activities and retaliatory terminations after the employees reported the activities.

Among the many previous legal actions filed against the club, this is one of the first to directly allege the Hermitage Club's Founder, Jim Barnes, of potential wrongdoing.
